Person Centred Counselling

These sessions are a chance for you to explore the things that are holding you back in life.  

It's a chance for you to safely look at some of the issues that may be preventing you from being the person you want to be.

A chance to look at, explore and heal past experiences. 

To be "held" in a safe, non-judgemental space, enables us to journey deep within, and to be truly heard and witnessed is incredibly healing and empowering.

I am a skilled and compassionate therapist with many years experience. 

Mental health is my passion and I have many tools in my therapy tool bag to help you find and heal things that are holding you back.

Sessions are confidential, and usually last 50 minutes.

I offer sessions remotely on Zoom or by telephone. 

I have found that working via video call or the telephone, is just as effective as working face to face.
